Job Responsibilities: 

This position has responsibility for driving sales of DuraSeal Products through distribution to Architects, Specifiers, National Accounts and Homebuilders, with a distinct focus at the end-user level (Wood Flooring Contractors). The Specialist will work off of focused and qualified leads to drive awareness, conversions, and specifications. This individual will work directly with end users or jointly with Distributor Representatives to develop strong relationships by selling our brands and products, demonstrating an understanding of regulations and safety practices, and all other end user requirements to gain placement of our products.
 
The Specialist will support development of an Annual Growth Plan with Management that will support both National and Regional Strategies to grow sales throughout the assigned region. This position will work closely with other Specialists across the country to share best practices, develop consistent national opportunities, and utilize local support to drive sales.  This individual will also be responsible for recognizing and evaluating the market place for identifying trends and potential new product opportunities that will drive future growth.
 
Experience Required:
Prior experience in sales, customer service or operations required.  This position also requires strong communication, problem solving, time management and presentation skills.  Must also be self motivated and possess the ability to work independently.  Expertise in site-finished Hardwood Flooring strongly preferred along with previous sales experience
 
Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.   
 
Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. 
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business related field is preferred.
